Refund Policy Since commissions are paid immediately to our members directly from the buyer, and because you'll be granted immediate access to all the software downloads, obviously it would make it impossible to issue refunds. This protects your commissions and those of the members who you refer. Also once you have downloaded a digital product we have no way of knowing whether it has been duplicated... therefore, NO REFUNDS CAN EVER BE ISSUED. This means that all someone has to do is to click on your link one time and you will get credit if they come back and make a purchase days or weeks later. COMPENSATION: If the member that you refer has an active Paypal account or pays in liquid funds (cash, money order, cashier's check) by 6pm (EST) you will receive your commission via Paypal by midnight (EST) that same evening. Note that an echeck through Paypal may take up to 7 days to clear. If the member that you referred pays by funds that need to clear, or with a credit card outside of the Paypal system, you will receive your commission within 7 days. If the member that you referred pays with liquid funds by Thursday night at 6pm (EST) and you do not have a Paypal account, your commission check will be mailed the next day (Friday) by noon. You are eligible to receive commissions on any direct BizPak referred purchases or purchases made from someone that you referred; also known as second tier commissions. Your participation in this program means that you understand, acknowledge and agree that you are not an employee of FingerBiz.Com. You are an independent contractor.
